Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We strive to ensure every Tootsie Roll treat reaches you in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please examine your candy package immediately to ensure no damage occurred during transit and that all items are correct.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request meets our safety guidelines.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of your favorite treats or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
